You are covered nights and weekends at 1.5x standard rates, excluding Holidays. Most work can be completed by 1 technician, but some work (e.g. wall mounted monitors) requires 2 technicians. Reasonable travel charges apply outside of Miami-Dade County.

White Glove Support Plan
Our White Glove Support Agreement includes 2 system health checks (up to 2 hours per visit) per year. This plan also includes up to 2 service calls per year (up to 4 hours per visit), with guaranteed next-business-day response time. Our White Glove Support plan is priced at $1,800.00 per year. Apart from saving $600.00 over the regular price, White Glove Members enjoy priority scheduling and support from technicians familiar with your systems.
World Class Support Plan
For high-profile and mission-critical systems we offer 3 system health check visits per year and up to 3 emergency visits with same-day response time. Also included is 2 free hours of control system programming changes to optimize your user experience. This plan is priced at 10% of your total system price (systems starting at $50,000.00). Please request a proposal for your World Class Support Plan, multi-system and multi-year discounts are available.
We’ll customize your support plan upon request, even if the system is “IBO.”
