The Goal:
Equipment and precision engineering specifications for installations of projectors as part of enhanced multi-media and streaming.
The Challenge:
Due to COVID-19 Midtown Video needed to work remotely with Church personnel who would be handling the installation themselves. The challenge was to mathematically confirm that the extreme off-axis position of the projectors would enable almost complete coverage of the 35′ wide canvas screen AND have the ability to edge-blend the images in one single image mapped across the canvas.
The Solution:
The installation consisted of two Panasonic PT-VMZ50 projectors, two Chief RPMAU projector mounts, and two stacker arms for their existing posts. Midtown Video provided precision installation specifications to achieve this goal.
The Result:
The installation went off smoothly and the system was rapidly on-line for services.
