Stunning In Design & Effortless in the User Experience
When defining a conference room, few people would use the word stunning. Yet our latest project, the Conference Room of the Universe, definitely qualifies.
So, what does it take to create a striking conference room that makes visitors stop and stare and staff yearn for a meeting? First, they must be unique and aligned with the client’s vision. Then, they must work seamlessly. Lastly, they need a focal point and a design that’s simultaneously beautiful and functional.
Here, we’ll explore how all these factors come together in this unique conference room.

The Focal Point
The centerpiece of this conference room is a 108-inch diagonal LED video wall from Pensar. Why not a 75-inch monitor? The answer is the sun.
Most clients have gorgeous conference rooms with large windows that look out. The problem is the sun that’s streaming in. LED video walls hold up much better to ambient light. A Pensar LED video wall also offers tremendous visual impact, providing superior brightness, high resolution, and a wide viewing angle, ensuring all participants can see clearly. Attendees won’t merely watch the monitor; they will be inspired by the experience.
The User Experience
A user-friendly experience is essential for a meeting place. Our conference rooms allow users to simply meet, and not worry about calling tech support every time they want to use the system. In the Conference Room of the Universe, a single button press will join a meeting or share a desktop.
To achieve this, we utilized touch panels that closely resemble the interfaces of Microsoft Teams or Zoom Room applications. We also made it easy for participants to join the meeting with their laptops or tablets using Barco ClickShare, a wireless conferencing system. This technology allows participants to easily share content on their mobile devices or laptops to the room monitor or, in this case, the LED video wall.
Meeting Equity Defined
Today’s conference room design is all about meeting equity, creating a space where, whether remote or in-person, everyone feels they have the same opportunity to participate and share their ideas.
In the Conference Room of the Universe, we used Neat Bar Pro. This smart camera provides intelligent framing, making sure that all participants remain in view. It also ensures that every head is the same size, whether someone is sitting at the front or the back of the table.
The Best Audio for Ultra-Realism
For best-in-class audio, our showroom demonstrates three options for pristine sound experiences.
Option one is premium sound from K-Array’s Vypers and dual 10-inch subwoofer. The Vyper line consists of ultra-flat line array loudspeakers in an elegant two cm-deep aluminum frame. Designed for discrete installations, they can even be recessed into the wall. Moreover, Vyper speakers are tuned to deliver the perfect SPL no matter how close the listener is.
Option two is truly invisible sound from the Kscape Rail—architectural lighting with built-in transducers. This solution might not produce powerful audio on the same level as the Vyper line, but it blends seamlessly into conference spaces for smooth business communication. You wouldn’t even know there were speakers in the room!
The third speaker option, if visible speakers aren’t an issue, is the Mighty-Might Pendant by SoundTube. This versatile full-range pendant speaker comes in white, black, or silver, and produces full-range output with even coverage throughout a space, avoiding the chance of overwhelming the people closest to the front of the room.
Customized to Perfection
Like the river of epoxy in the beautiful table, we believe your conference room should reflect your uniqueness and personality. In this room, you’ll notice the color-changing LED accent light on the wall and inside a pocket, creating beautiful illumination from an unseen source.
