The AV Technician is responsible for implementation of systems our clients use with pride and confidence  

Accountabilities may include:

  •  Installation of audio-visual equipment
    • Mounted in racks
    • Mounted on the wall
    • Installed from the ceiling, unistrut or I-beams
    • Installed in table-cubbies or credenzas
  • Installation of infrastructure to support AV equipment
    • Threaded rod/Unistrut
    • Low-voltage electrical boxes
    • Surface or in-wall raceways and conduits
  • Running/terminating low-voltage cables to support AV systems
  • Use of ladders, hand tools and electrical tools
  • Use of lifts
  • Reading and understand plans
    • Floor plans
    • Reflected ceiling plans
    • Schematic diagrams
