The AV Technician is responsible for implementation of systems our clients use with pride and confidence
Accountabilities may include:
- Installation of audio-visual equipment
- Mounted in racks
- Mounted on the wall
- Installed from the ceiling, unistrut or I-beams
- Installed in table-cubbies or credenzas
- Installation of infrastructure to support AV equipment
- Threaded rod/Unistrut
- Low-voltage electrical boxes
- Surface or in-wall raceways and conduits
- Running/terminating low-voltage cables to support AV systems
- Use of ladders, hand tools and electrical tools
- Use of lifts
- Reading and understand plans
- Floor plans
- Reflected ceiling plans
- Schematic diagrams
