Reporting Relationship: The position will report to the Accounting Supervisor
Job Description:
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for keeping AR and AP Accounts up to date.
Accountabilities may include:
- Tracking and following up with AR Collections
- Reconciling AR payments in SAP Business One
- Receiving, validating and posting AP invoices in SAP Business One
- Reconciling Bank Transactions in SAP Business One
- Reconciling Vendor Statements in SAP Business One
- Reconciling Credit Card Statements between BILL online platform and SAP Business One
- Tagging credit card transactions with information including GL Expense Account
- Monitoring drop-ship and regular orders for receipt of equipment
- Updating a custom daily dashboard (excel document, with information from SAP)
- Reviewing and closing Goods Receipts in SAP Business One
- Notifying purchasing and sales of AP invoice discrepancies
Additional responsibilities in the role of Job Coster may include:
- Tracking job-related credit card charges (on excel document)
- Tracking freight anomalies and reviewing courier invoices (Fedex, UPS, DHL, Graf Air Freight, T-Force Critical) for job-related shipments to be entered into Job Expense Report
Office Hours:
This position is in-person. Office hours are 9am to 5:30pm daily with a 30 minute break for lunch off the clock. A longer lunch break can be scheduled with an earlier start time. Some overtime may be requested with advanced notice, and paid at a rate of 1.5x regular time.

Compensation:
An hourly rate will be offered competitive with industry standards and commensurate with previous experience.
