The AJA Ki-PRO is a unique recording device designed to streamline post production workflow by simplifying video acquisition. The unit features both SDI and HDMI inputs, making it compatible with most prosumer and professional cameras. The KiPRO takes advantage of Apple’s ProRes technology for a seamless transition from “lens to post”. The 2TB d2 Quadra Hard Drive from LaCie is a high-capacity drive with an interface that allows it to be connected via eSATA, FireWire-400, FireWire-800, or USB 2.0.

The SBAC-US10 USB Reader/Writer supports those with PCs not equipped with the Express Card slot. The SBAC-US10 can be connected to a Windows PC or a Macintosh via USB interface. Since this connection is made as “Mass Storage Class”, no special driver installation is required. DC power must be provided using the supplied AC adaptor. The reader allows for capturing of your XDCAM EX footage without tying up your camcorder, saving you time during your shoot.
