The AJA Ki-PRO is a unique recording device designed to streamline post production workflow by simplifying video acquisition. The unit features both SDI and HDMI inputs, making it compatible with most prosumer and professional cameras. The KiPRO takes advantage of Apple’s ProRes technology for a seamless transition from “lens to post”. The device records to high-capacity drives from a wide variety of cameras and comes equipped with a 250GB drive for large recording capacity.

250GB Drive Included
The 250GB drive included in the KiPRO ensures extended recording times when using the ProRes codec.

The DSC-1024G scan converts, transcodes, standards converts, aspect ratio converts, line doubles and signal processes. The DSC-1024G has an added GENLOCK function which uses a black-burst signal applied as a genlock reference, so that the signal output can be synchronized to the reference. Up/Down Scan conversions: locks to and displays INPUT RANGE: H:15.6-70kHz, V:50-120 Hz and OUTPUTS: 15.6/31.5/37/48/64 kHz. Transcodes: To and from composite, Y/C, RGB and Y/R-Y/B-Y. Standards conversions: NTSC-PAL. Aspect ratio conversions: a wide range of aspect ratio conversions including 4:3, 16:9, 2:1, 1:85, 1:66 and more with On- Screen Display of aspect ratio. Line doubles: the horizontal scanning frequencies of 15.75/15.6 to 31.5 kHz for NTSC and PAL sources. Signal Processor: for up to a 4 x 4 video wall (requires one DSC-1024G per Display device). Additional function include: 4 internal test patterns, on- screen display in 5 languages, 3 line digital comb filter, freeze frame/still store, H & V shift and size, zoom and pan, aperture control, remote control capability with monitor and projector IDs via SIRCS, Display memories for storage of up to five sets of input/output selections, zooming size, H/V size and H/V position for later recall via on- screen menus. Videotek’s popular stand-alone series of distribution amplifiers is designed for a wide variety of applications. The VDA16A accepts one composite video/genlock signal then amplifies and distributes that signal for up to six identical signals.

Each model has its own power supply for individual use.

The HD-10DA is an HD-SDI/SDI Distribution Amplifier; it accepts one SDI digital video signal and outputs six identical HD-SDI/SDI digital video signals.

The AJA FS1 is a universal SD/HD audio/video frame synchronizer and converter. This converter offers an “everything in, everything out” architecture. The FS1 can work simultaneously with both HD and SD video for broadcast quality video and 24-bit audio. Featuring BNC connectivity.

-Video Conversion
The FS-1 can up or down-convert between SD and HD, and provide simultaneous HD and SD outputs.

-Cross Conversions
Cross-conversions between HD formats are also supported, with simultaneous output of both formats.

-Audio
The FS1 supports 8-channel AES, Balanced analog, or embedded audio offering the same any input to any output conversion.

-Closed Captioning
The FS-1 supports closed captioning and the conversion of closed captioning between SD and HD formats.

Magenta Research’s MultiView™ UTx Universal Transmitter is designed to facilitate the sourcing of professional-quality video, audio and control signal distribution over Cat5 for distances to 1500 feet (457 meters) at resolutions of 1600×1200, or higher based on the associated receiver.

Designed for quick and easy installation, the UTx is completely compatible with Magenta’s full product line of receivers, switches and distribution amplifiers. The adaptable UTx features built-in Simplex serial capability, can also be configured to transport summed L/R audio or SPDIF audio and can further be jumpered to deliver RGBHV video, composite video, component video or S-video.

The MultiView UTx-232 Transmitter adds full modem serial support, and the MultiView UTx-SA provides the unique ability to transport video, duplex serial control signals and stereo audio over a lone Cat5/5e/6 unshielded twisted pair cable.

The AJA HD10AVA is an audio Embedder that works with an SDI media signal. This device operates at a dual rate offering high definition and standard definition functionality. The user has the ability to select the embedding process, accepting HD/SD analog viand, balanced audio and embedding four channels of digital audio with the SDI video signal.

-Dual Rate
This device automatically detects the type of SDI input; it is compatible with Standard Definition or High Definition Video Signals.

-Balanced Analog Audio
The HD10AVA embeds 4 channels of AES audio on 4 XLR connectors. The sample rate is converted to a 48 kHz synchronous to the input video standard.

-Breakout Cables
Supplied breakout cables allow the main device to be a compact size; all channels of audio are input on a multipin connector breaking out to XLR connectors.

The HD10C2 is a signal converter that decodes a digital High Definition (BNC) Video signal to an analog High Definition (13W3) Video signal. This device comes with a breakout cable and features a miniature size. The featured upgrade is the ability to accept standard SDI and convert to YUV, RGB and composite.

-Breakout Cable
A breakout cable utilizing the 13W3 connector breaks out to 5 BNC connectors enabling an RGBHV interface.

-Loop Through
This unit offers two looping HD-SDI outputs enabling other conversion applications and signal passage.

-Computer Monitor Display
This unit enables a High Definition video signal to be displayed on a multisync SVGA computer monitor.

-Dual Rate
For HD-SDI inputs, the HD10C2 outputs full bandwidth HD component or VGA-style RGBHV video. For SDI inputs, component or composite SD outputs are supported.

-Multi-Standard
NTSC and PAL analog outputs are supported.

-Compact Size
Measuring less than six inches long, this unit will fit into small studio spaces or desktop applications very easily.
