The Sony UWP-V6 Wireless Plug-In ENG Microphone System replaces its UWP-C series predecessor with enhancements that include a rugged, all-metal chassis and Mic/Line switchable input at the transmitter. PLL-synthesized tuning, space-diversity reception and all other professional wireless features that made the UWP-C series a popular choice, go into the enhanced UWP-V6 system. The camera-mountable receiver features space-diversity technology which stabilizes reception and minimizes RF interference by selecting the strongest incoming signal. In addition the antennas swivel so that you can achieve even stronger reception. A stereo mini-jack output with monitor volume control is featured and both stereo, mini and XLR cables are provided. An LCD display provides channel & frequency information, battery life, RF-input level, audio-output status and accumulated operating time. The receiver operates on 2-AA batteries for up to 8 hours and its compact design and included shoe-mount adapter allows easy mounting to most camcorders. The improved plug-in and bodypack transmitters features a mic and line-level switch for standard wired microphones line-level sources. Selectable output power provides a choice between 5mW output, which is suitable for simultaneous multi-channel operation or 30mW output for long distance transmission. The Lectrosonics 100 Series wireless microphone systems, provide the quality and dependability expected of Lectrosonics. Completely portable and designed for camera mounting, this system includes the UCR100 camera mountable receiver, LM beltpack transmitter and M152 omni-directional lavalier microphone.

The Lectrosonic UCR100 is a compact wireless microphone receiver designed for easy, convenient operation with smaller DV camcorders. The UCR100 offers over 256 selectable frequencies over a 25.6 MHz band to avoid interference from local RF sources. Matching transmitters provide a full 100mW of output power, resulting in clean frequency transmission without virtually any drop-outs. The UCR100 output operates nominally at 0dBv (line level), but use with microphone inputs on camcorders can be achieved with an optional adapter cable. Frequency selection is achieved via recessed rotary switches located on the side panel. An easy access audio output adjustment knob is located in the front panel. The UCR100 is 9 Volt battery powered and enclosed in a lightweight, durable, machined aluminum housing.

The Lectrosonics LM transmitter features Digital Wireless Hybrid technology which combines a 24-bit digital audio chain with an FM radio link. The transmitter’s digital signal path eliminates the need for an analog compander, resulting in pristine, noise free audio fidelity throughout. Internal DSP provides compandor emulation so that the unit can be switched for use with 100, 200 and 400 series Lectrosonic receivers. The input section features a tap suitable for any microphone or line level audio source. 0 / -20dB LED’s are provided for accurate level settings, and an “Audio Level” dial is located on the top face of the unit. Two rotary frequency adjust dials are located on the side panel. The 1.6MHz is a coarse adjustment and the 100kHz is the fine. The unit is powered via 9 volt battery and is enclosed in a rugged metal enclosure, made to withstand the rigors of road use.
