IMG Academies in Brandenton, Florida is the most renowned multi-sport training institution in the world.  Sports Illustrated calls it, “the country’s most comprehensive playground for athletes in training.”
When it came time for IMG Academies to enhance the video component of their operation, the call went out to Midtown Video. Jesse, Scot and the Midtown Video team came on board to handle the entire process from design, purchase, and installation to training and support.

System integration is the name of the game at Midtown Video. The Midtown team worked with IMG Academies to produce the best system for their projects. Every detail was taken into consideration to come up with the right design, on budget, on time.
After the design process and evaluation of their production needs was complete, Midtown Video proposed a Sony PMW-EX1R camera package, including tripod, lighting, and wireless audio equipment.
Next, the Midtown team went up to IMG Academies in Brandenton, Florida to set up the system and provide training at their production facility. For post-production Midtown installed an editing suite consisting of a complete Apple Final Cut Studio system consisting of Mac Pro, Final Cut 7, and a Blu-Ray Burner.
IMG plans to use the new set up for a variety of uses including, recruitment videos, highlight reels, and television commercials. The relationship between IMG Academies and Midtown Video is ongoing as Midtown continues to provide training and support.
